- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce engaging content and visual materials tailored to client needs.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling communication and gathering detailed requirements.

- Manage and track project progress, ensuring alignment with client expectations and deadlines.
- Provide creative solutions and recommendations based on client feedback and market trends.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all content produced.
-Act as the primary point of contact between CBRE and the client, handling all communication and preparing project proposals.
- Develop and manage bid pricing strategies to deliver competitive and accurate proposals.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize procurement processes and meet client demands.
- Report on sales performance and financial metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create detailed reports, presentations, and analyses for CBRE and the client.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their expectations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation and design using Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and CAD tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work and ability to handle diverse projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
