Are you a dedicated Psychiatrist committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered mental health care? Grace MindCare, a pioneering outpatient mental health clinic, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

This is a hybrid role based at our Seattle HQ, with occasional opportunities for virtual work depending on patient needs. You will collaborate closely with our medical leadership, psychiatric providers, therapists, and clinical staff to deliver innovative, evidence-based care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for new patients, including diagnostic assessments and risk evaluations.
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including psychopharmacology and integrated mental health strategies.
  • Provide ongoing psychiatric care, medication management, and follow-up for established patients.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, medical directors, and clinical support staff to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
  • Integrate evidence-based practices, including ketamine protocols and innovative treatment modalities aligned with clinic standards.
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, medication management, and wellness strategies.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state/federal regulations.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, case conferences, quality assurance initiatives, community education, and continuing professional development.
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethical practice, patient safety, and clinical professionalism.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency program.
  • Active and unrestricted Washington State medical license (or eligibility).
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry.
  • DEA registration with authorization for Schedule II medications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage patients and families compassionately and effectively.
  • Experience with outpatient psychiatry preferred; interest or experience in ketamine treatment is a plus, but training is provided.
