About the Role:

A leading medical university in Dubai is seeking a qualified and passionate Psychologist with a strong teaching background to join its academic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering psychology-related courses to undergraduate medical students and contributing to the overall academic mission of the university.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops in psychology to medical and health sciences students.
• Develop and update course materials, assessments, and curriculum content in alignment with academic standards.
• Mentor and guide students in both academic and professional development.
• Contribute to departmental research, community engagement, and interprofessional educational initiatives.
• Participate in faculty meetings, student assessments, and academic planning activities.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, Educational, or related discipline).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience at the university level, preferably in a medical or health sciences setting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated passion for teaching and student development.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies, digital tools, and evidence-based educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience teaching in the GCC or UAE region.
• Experience in developing interdisciplinary or interprofessional education modules.
• Active involvement in research or scholarly activity in the field of psychology or education.
