  • Liaise with all stakeholders, Authorities, Consultants, and Sub-Contractors on all project related documents such as NOCs, Permits, and Approvals on design and construction-related handover requirements.
  • Ensure the timely review of all documents submitted by the Consultant and/or sub-Contractor.
  • Report any potential delays in the project completion or milestones due to any lag in documentation/authority / regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of all correspondence and approvals with authorities and stakeholders.
  • Provide support in ensuring compliance with all local regulatory and legal requirements.
