Public Relation Officer (PRO)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage and streamline our government and public relations processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent knowledge of UAE labor laws, government procedures, and retail industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all government and legal requirements, including visa processing, work permits, Emirates ID applications, and other employee-related documentation.
• Maintain a strong relationship with government entities such as the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, and other relevant authorities.
• Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and company registrations.
• Manage communication with government agencies, including updates on laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in resolving issues related to employee documentation and government processes.
• Represent the company in government meetings, labor disputes, and other official engagements.
• Provide guidance on regulatory changes and ensure full compliance with UAE laws.
• Maintain accurate records and a centralized database of all documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and governmental procedures.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal) and knowledge in Arabic is advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Computer literate.
• Experience in handling PRO tasks in a multinational retail company.
