About Us

Spectrum Solar Power is a leading renewable energy company providing high-quality solar and battery solutions across Kerala. We are looking for an experienced Purchase Coordinator to manage procurement and ensure smooth material flow for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of solar panels, inverters, batteries, electrical components, and other project materials.
• Identify and evaluate vendors, request quotations, and negotiate pricing.
• Maintain purchase orders, invoices, and all related documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites and warehouses.
• Coordinate with technical, project, and warehouse teams for material planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure all materials meet company quality and technical standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Plus Two, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years, preferably in solar or battery procurement.
• Good understanding of solar components, electrical items, and battery technologies.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic inventory management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
