About Us
Spectrum Solar Power is a leading renewable energy company providing high-quality solar and battery solutions across Kerala. We are looking for an experienced Purchase Coordinator to manage procurement and ensure smooth material flow for our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle procurement of solar panels, inverters, batteries, electrical components, and other project materials.
- Identify and evaluate vendors, request quotations, and negotiate pricing.
- Maintain purchase orders, invoices, and all related documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites and warehouses.
- Coordinate with technical, project, and warehouse teams for material planning.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure all materials meet company quality and technical standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Plus Two, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years, preferably in solar or battery procurement.
- Good understanding of solar components, electrical items, and battery technologies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic inventory management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
