Qualification : BE mech ,BE mechatronics, BE agricultural eng :1 to 2years Exp
:Diploma Mech1 to 2 years Exp
Candidate must be experienced and knowledge in = Machining and Sheetmetal machining industry
Understanding engineering specifications and requirements to effectively procure materials and equipment.
Understanding engineering drawing knowledge & Cnc & Vmc machine processing knowledge.
Understanding powder coating., surface finishing and vendor management knowledge. understanding Manufacturing Process like Milling, DRO, Turning, CNC, Horizontal Boring, VMC, Wire Cutting and Sparking Processes...
Knowledge in Application of Raw material Grade and properties, Casting and Forging materials and also Heat treatment methods.
· Sourcing and Supplier Management:
Identifying, evaluating, and selecting potential suppliers based on criteria like quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
· Negotiation:
Negotiating contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers to secure the best possible value.
· Technical Knowledge:
Understanding engineering specifications and requirements to effectively procure materials and equipment.
Understanding engineering drawing knowledge & Cnc & Vmc machine processing knowledge.
Understanding powder coating., surface finishing and vendor management knowledge.
· Quality Control:
Ensuring that purchased materials and equipment meet the required quality standards and specifications.
· Procurement Process Management:
Overseeing the entire procurement process, from initial request to final delivery and payment.
· Inventory Management:
Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with store staff, and ensuring timely replenishment of materials.
· Cost Analysis:
Analysing costs associated with different suppliers and products to identify cost-saving opportunities.
· Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
· Compliance:
Ensuring that all procurement activities comply with company policies, regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
· Collaboration:
Working closely with other departments like engineering, production, and finance to understand their needs and align procurement strategies.
· Market Research:
Staying updated on market trends, new technologies, and potential suppliers.
Skills Required:
· Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of engineering principles and technical specifications relevant to the company's industry.

Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers to achieve favourable outcomes.
