Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to support our procurement operations within the Real estate construction. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong vendor management skills, and the ability to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials, components, and consumables essential for production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers of raw materials and manufacturing inputs.
• Procurement Operations: Generate, process, and track purchase orders for production materials and consumables.
• Negotiation: Negotiate competitive pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
• Inventory Coordination: Coordinate closely with warehouse and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Quality Compliance: Ensure all purchased items meet required quality and manufacturing specifications.
• Order Follow-up: Track shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve supply delays or discrepancies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, invoices, and supplier performance data.
• Cost Optimization: Conduct market research for price trends, alternative suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Reporting: Prepare periodic purchase reports and updates for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing within the manufacturing sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of raw material sourcing, manufacturing components, and standard procurement practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle or similar).
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
