Job Title: Purchase Executive – Pharmaceuticals (Smart Pharmacy)

Location: Patna, Bihar

Experience Required: 2 – 4 years in medicine procurement

Education: Graduate (Pharmacy/Science/Commerce preferred)

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month + allowances

Job Type: Full-time, field-based (requires own two-wheeler)

Job Summary:

The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing and procuring pharmaceutical products for This includes managing vendor relationships, negotiating pricing, tracking inventory needs, and maintaining accurate purchase records.

Key Responsibilities:

Procure pharmaceutical products (branded and generic) from wholesalers and vendors.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medicine brands, pricing, and availability.

Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and credit facilities with vendors.

Use Marg Billing Software for purchase entry, batch tracking, and inventory syncing.

Coordinate with internal teams for stock management and inward processes.

Prepare and maintain documentation and purchase records in MS Excel/Word.

Ensure timely order fulfillment and support in audit/invoice reconciliation.

Travel within the city (field visits) using a personal two-wheeler.

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate in Pharmacy, Science, or Commerce (preferred).

Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical purchase.

Strong knowledge of medicine categories, expiry tracking, and vendor networks.

Mandatory knowledge of Marg Billing Software.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
