Solar Purchase Manager Job Description Key Responsibilities: - *Procurement*: Manage the procurement of solar panels, invertors, and other equipment. - *Supplier Management*: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery. - *Inventory Management*: Monitor and manage inventory levels, optimize stock, and minimize waste. - *Cost Optimization*: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve procurement efficiency. - *Compliance*: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Requirements: - *Experience*: 2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the solar industry. - *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. - *Skills*: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. - *Knowledge*: Strong understanding of solar technology, procurement processes, and supply chain management. Salary Range: - ₹40,000 - ₹120,000 per month, depending on experience and performance. - Additional incentives and benefits may be provided, such as health insurance, travel allowances, and performance bonuses.
