Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the full procurement cycle (purchase requisition → quotations → comparison → approvals → purchase order → delivery).
  • Identify reliable suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, and negotiate rates & terms.
  • Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and budget guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the Store/Inventory team to verify stock levels, GRNs, and material requirements.
  • Maintain updated vendor lists and build long-term supplier relationships.
  • Monitor delivery timelines and ensure materials/items are received on time.
  • Verify invoices and coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payment processing.
  • Prepare purchase-related documentation, reports, and MIS on a regular basis.
  • Conduct market surveys to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Follow up on pending orders and resolve supplier issues or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.
  • Support project and operational teams in timely material availability.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records (POs, quotations, contracts, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Commerce, or Business).
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing (healthcare/hospital experience is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory procedures and ERP systems.
  • Good command of MS Excel and documentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong ethical and professional conduct.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
