Key Responsibilities
- Execute the full procurement cycle (purchase requisition → quotations → comparison → approvals → purchase order → delivery).
- Identify reliable suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, and negotiate rates & terms.
- Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and budget guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Store/Inventory team to verify stock levels, GRNs, and material requirements.
- Maintain updated vendor lists and build long-term supplier relationships.
- Monitor delivery timelines and ensure materials/items are received on time.
- Verify invoices and coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payment processing.
- Prepare purchase-related documentation, reports, and MIS on a regular basis.
- Conduct market surveys to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Follow up on pending orders and resolve supplier issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.
- Support project and operational teams in timely material availability.
- Maintain proper documentation and records (POs, quotations, contracts, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Commerce, or Business).
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing (healthcare/hospital experience is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory procedures and ERP systems.
- Good command of MS Excel and documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong ethical and professional conduct.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
