Vendor Development Executive (Purchase Department)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery performance.
- Oversee the supplier evaluation and qualification process, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Sending RFQ’s to supplier and negotiate towards requirement of departments indents.
- Prepare CSQ / Capex & P-Bex based on quotes and previous records for procurement
- Manage the purchase order process, ensuring accurate and timely purchase order creation, issuance, and tracking.
- Follow-up with suppliers via mass of communications to adhere the works done on scheduled timeline
- Update & submit Cost Saving MIS Report on monthly basis to reporting manager
- Submitting data report of Supplier Performance Report & Rating MIS on Monthly Basis
- Responsible for maintaining files & documents of purchase department
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs, forecast demand, and develop procurement plans accordingly.
- Resolve supplier-related issues, including disputes, quality concerns, delivery delays, and payment discrepancies
Minimum Job Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering - (Mechanical/Production/Rubber Technology) OR B.A./B. Sc./B. Com
- Experience - 1 Years to 2Years Experience as a Supervisor or in a similar position
- Average verbal and written communications skills
- Average analytical thinking and negotiation skill.
- Ability to work under guideline.
- Well versed with Microsoft Office and ERP

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
