Vendor Development Executive (Purchase Department)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery performance.
  • Oversee the supplier evaluation and qualification process, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
  • Sending RFQ’s to supplier and negotiate towards requirement of departments indents.
  • Prepare CSQ / Capex & P-Bex based on quotes and previous records for procurement
  • Manage the purchase order process, ensuring accurate and timely purchase order creation, issuance, and tracking.
  • Follow-up with suppliers via mass of communications to adhere the works done on scheduled timeline
  • Update & submit Cost Saving MIS Report on monthly basis to reporting manager
  • Submitting data report of Supplier Performance Report & Rating MIS on Monthly Basis
  • Responsible for maintaining files & documents of purchase department
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs, forecast demand, and develop procurement plans accordingly.
  • Resolve supplier-related issues, including disputes, quality concerns, delivery delays, and payment discrepancies

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering - (Mechanical/Production/Rubber Technology) OR B.A./B. Sc./B. Com
  • Experience - 1 Years to 2Years Experience as a Supervisor or in a similar position
  • Average verbal and written communications skills
  • Average analytical thinking and negotiation skill.
  • Ability to work under guideline.
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office and ERP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
