Purchasing Administrator

A leading engineering and environmental consultancy are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to support their procurement team in Leamington Spa.

• Duration: Up to 3 Months
• Pay: 15-20 p/hr (Inside IR35)
• Location: Leamington Spa
• Working Pattern: Fully onsite

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join a respected global organisation and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of purchasing activities across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration of indirect purchasing including raising and placing Purchase Orders.
• Follow-up correspondence and enquiry handling including expediting goods or services.
• Receipting services on the system and handling invoice queries.
• Expediting production parts - emailing / calling suppliers for update or confirmation dates.

Key Requirements:

• Purchasing experience within a procurement or manufacturing environment.
• Office administration experience
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and proficient use of the Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Articulate communicator with sound judgement, and a proactive attitude.
