Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely acquisition of materials necessary for operations. Duties
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable terms to optimize costs and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory management teams to prevent stock shortages or excesses.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance metrics.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Oversee logistics, including shipping schedules, transportation arrangements.
- Assist in developing sourcing strategies aligned with supply chain management goals.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.

- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and inventory control.
- Experience with sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
