Responsible for managing the company’s procurement cycle, sourcing materials, equipment, and services, and maintaining effective vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-efficient purchasing.

  • Plan, organize, and execute procurement activities for equipment, materials, and services.
  • Source reliable suppliers and evaluate quotes, terms, and payment conditions.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and contract terms to achieve best value.
  • Process Purchase Orders in coordination with internal departments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Maintain procurement records, vendor database, and compliance with company policies.
  • Track delivery schedules and resolve supply issues or delays.
  • Support budgeting and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years procurement experience in Real Estate or Health Clubs.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of equipment used in fitness clubs, facilities, and property operations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and procurement documentation.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
