About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will manage the full purchasing cycle - from demand planning and processing purchase orders to monitoring supplier timelines and ensuring on-time delivery. You will coordinate closely with Logistics, Sales, Warehouse, Product Development, and Accounts to maintain stock availability and support project-specific requirements. Your responsibilities will include negotiating prices and terms, maintaining accurate data in the system, arranging delivery schedules, resolving quality or quantity issues, and ensuring smooth, efficient supply chain operations.

About You

You bring strong negotiation and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple suppliers and fast-moving project demands. You are proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Your understanding of logistics, lead times, and supply chain best practices enables you to spot issues early and maintain seamless operations. Attention to detail, solid analytical skills, and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or MS Dynamics) and Excel are essential. Well-presented and articulate, you confidently represent the company in supplier interactions and are committed to delivering high-quality work.
