We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable Purchasing & Pricing Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview
The Purchasing & Pricing Specialist will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, placing purchase orders, maintaining accurate pricing across our catalog, and ensuring profitable margins across all platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source products through our authorized distributors and vendors
• Maintain up-to-date pricing and cost changes, ensuring profitability
• Analyze sales velocity, competition, and inventory needs to guide purchasing decisions
• Create and manage purchase orders
• Track incoming shipments and follow up with vendors as needed
• Monitor product performance and update pricing based on market conditions
• Collaborate with internal teams for catalog updates and inventory planning
• Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and records with high accuracy
• Communicate with vendors regarding stock availability, backorders, and promotions

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, pricing, Amazon FBA, or wholesale e-commerce preferred
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Comfortable analyzing pricing, fees, margins, and competition
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central tools such as pricing dashboards, reports, and FBA workflows
• Repricing software experience

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday
• Competitive pay based on experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
