Job Summary:
The Purchasing & Procurement Manager will oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition of all goods and services needed for the company’s restaurant operations. This role ensures cost-effective purchasing without compromising on quality, while maintaining strong supplier relationships and optimal inventory levels across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals.
• Source and negotiate with reliable suppliers for food, equipment, packaging, and other operational needs.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Analyze consumption trends and forecast future procurement needs.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with restaurant branches to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and kitchen teams to streamline purchasing processes.
• Continuously evaluate supplier performance and manage vendor relationships.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a purchasing/procurement role, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or F&B sector.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of supply chain and food industry standards.
• Familiarity with procurement software and inventory systems.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
