Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Python/Flask Developer with 2-3 years of experience in the industry to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing robust applications, integrating machine learning and artificial intelligence components, and contributing to the growth of our innovative projects.

• Design and implement server-side logic using Python and Flask.
• Develop RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement and integrate machine learning models and algorithms into the application.
• Work closely with data scientists to deploy and maintain ML/AI solutions.
• Ensure the seamless interaction between the application and ML/AI components.
• Design and maintain databases, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Optimize database queries for efficient data retrieval.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the application.
• Optimize code for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement design specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Python Developer with expertise in Flask.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.
• Experience in implementing and deploying machine learning models.
• Proficiency in database design and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with front-end developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of agile development methodologies.
