About the Role:

Netcraftz Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Freelance Python Full Stack Development Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions for college students across Bangalore. The trainer will be responsible for teaching core and advanced concepts, conducting practical labs, and guiding students with real-time projects as per the academic curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-campus training sessions on Python Full Stack Development.
• Deliver theory and hands-on practical sessions aligned with college schedules.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
• Mentor students on coding exercises, projects, and real-world applications.
• Maintain attendance records and ensure timely completion of the syllabus.
• Coordinate with college management and Netcraftz Edutech training team.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in:
• Python Programming
• Django / Flask frameworks
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• React / Angular (added advantage)
• Database systems (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB)
• Git, GitHub, REST API development
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and teach students effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of training or industry experience.
• Prior experience in college or classroom training is an advantage.

Work Type & Compensation:

• Freelance / Per-day or Per-hour basis
• Competitive compensation based on experience.
