- Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Control Plans (QCPs) and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) tailored for civil and MEP works to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of ongoing civil and MEP works, including concrete, steel, electrical, and mechanical installations, to identify and document any deviations from approved drawings and specifications.
- Review and approve subcontractors' method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals, ensuring compliance with project requirements and international codes.
- Oversee the calibration and maintenance of all testing equipment used for quality control, guaranteeing accurate and reliable results.
- Manage and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented and verified to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues and provide technical guidance.
- Prepare and maintain detailed quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and as-built records, for project closeout.
- Conduct internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training to site personnel on quality control procedures and best practices for civil and MEP works.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards during quality control activities.
