QA/QC Engineer

Quality Assurance & Control

• Establish and maintain quality control procedures at project sites.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve quality-related issues and suggest corrective actions.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to ISO, IS, ASTM, and other relevant quality standards.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality reports.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies for compliance audits.

Process Improvement:

• Monitor production and construction processes to identify areas for quality improvement.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and minimize defects.
• Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the required quality specifications.

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to address quality concerns.
• Provide training to workers on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Prepare and submit quality reports and documentation to management.

Safety & Risk Management:

• Ensure that safety and quality protocols are followed on-site.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
• Investigate quality-related incidents and suggest corrective measures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹381,423.55 - ₹1,505,916.29 per year
