Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team for a prestigious project based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance and control within both building construction and industrial project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor all QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Conduct material inspections and verify compliance with approved submittals.
• Perform internal quality audits and assist in external audits as required.
• Prepare QA/QC documentation including Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Material Submittals, NCRs, etc.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams for quality inspections.
• Ensure proper documentation of inspections, test results, and quality-related records.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Lead and participate in site inspections and testing activities.
• Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry, with strong exposure to building and industrial projects.
• In-depth knowledge of international quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.) and construction codes.
• Strong understanding of project specifications and engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and QA/QC software tools.
• Must be currently located in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice (0–15 days) will be given preference.
