QA/QC Inspector (Civil)

Should have Minimum 1 Years UAE experience in Fit out industry.
should have Civil Engineering Background.
Preferred Candidate who can join Immediate Basis.
Salary AED 4k to 5k + Accommodation + Transportation.

To ensure that all fit-out and finishing works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. The QA/QC Inspector is responsible for conducting inspections, documenting findings, and ensuring corrective actions are taken to maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities1. Inspection & Quality Control

• Conduct inspections for all fit-out activities including partitioning, ceiling, flooring, joinery, painting, MEP fit-out, and finishing works.
• Verify that materials and workmanship comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Review and approve material inspection requests (MIR) and work inspection requests (WIR).
• Perform in-process and final inspections, documenting all findings.
• Ensure proper installation and finishing of architectural and interior elements.

2. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain inspection and test records as per project quality plan (PQP).
• Prepare and submit QA/QC daily reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action requests (CARs).
• Maintain updated QA/QC documentation including method statements, checklists, and inspection logs.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for inspection approvals.

3. Quality Assurance

• Ensure that quality control procedures are implemented and followed at site level.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing method statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and quality procedures.
• Support the QA/QC Manager in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Verify that site works are executed as per health, safety, and environmental standards.

4. Coordination

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timely inspection and approval.
• Interface with design and procurement teams for quality-related clarifications.
• Participate in quality meetings and provide technical input on quality issues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural / Interior Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC inspection within fit-out or interior contracting industry.
• Strong understanding of finishing materials, installation techniques, and interior detailing.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and QA/QC documentation.
• Good knowledge of project specifications, drawings, and international standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
