Job Description: QA/QC Inspector

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Inspector to join our team. As a QA/QC Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge base in engineering principles and have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Perform thorough inspections of equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure they are functioning properly and meet safety requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans to ensure consistency and accuracy in the inspection process.
• Document and report inspection findings, including non-conformities, deviations, and areas of improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to address recurring quality issues.
• Provide guidance and support to production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality control and assurance.
• Participate in internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality management systems and customer requirements.
• Train and mentor junior QA/QC Inspectors to enhance their knowledge and skills in quality control practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a QA/QC Inspector role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality control methodologies.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and analyze quality issues.
• Solid understanding of quality management systems and their implementation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months
