QC Engineer (Dimension, Visual, In-Process Check - Pressure Vessels)

Educational & Other Qualifications / Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering
• 1+ years' relevant work experience / Freshers are welcome to apply
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• ASNT Level II Certification is mandatory for RT, UT, MPT, PT & Visual Testing

Responsibilities

• To check the execution of Non-Destructive Tests (RT, PT, UT and MPI) as required by the procedure and to perform visual check for welding defects .
• Material coordination inspection of materials & review MTC's as per applicable codes & specifications.
• Stage inspection such as fit up weld visual, NDT and final dimension check for piping, structural and pressure vessel fabrication.
• Blasting, painting inspection (before, during and after) and related testing like DFT for various fabricated items.
• To record / witness hydro test / pneumatic test of pressure vessel.
• Preparation of QAP as per drawing and specification.
• Preparation of internal inspection reports as per QAP.
• In process inspection and final inspection of equipment in shop floor.
• Third party inspection offering mail. Third party maintaining / receiving.
• Coordination with Client, TPI and other concern department to fulfill the execution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
