QC Purchase Seafood

Primary Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase high-quality fish from various locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, and vendors.
• Ensure procurement standards, quality checks, and compliance procedures.
• frequent travel is a core part of the job.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply availability.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree in Microbiology, aquaculture Food Microbiology or related field, required.
• 6+ years full-time experience required. Experience in sea food industry is preferred.
• Knowledge in food safety programs and regulations are plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
