Job Description
- Assists in implementation of Company QHSE programs, policies, procedures, and processes
- Monitor all quality related activities and ensure adherence to company QHSE standards and customer specifications
- Assures ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements including customer’s audit
- Work closely with Sales and Operation to assure conformity of product / service to customer requirements
- Maintain all QHSE guideline statistics; maintain HSE statistics
- Work with client HSEQ representatives
- Responsible for ensuring that processes needed for the QHSE management system is established, implemented, and maintained
- Assists in various activities, including but not limited to risk identification, incident reporting and investigation, waste minimization, pollution prevention and control and various compliance activities in all areas of HSE
- Possess in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS 45001
standards - Responsible for ensuring effective QHSE objectives and targets are set which enforces company policy.
- Responsible for measurement and analysis of HSE parameters and data required for effective continual improvement.
- Assists in preparing, implementing, and maintaining the company HSE audit schedule
- Formulate KPI for cost reduction and implement procedures and methods to achieve the KPI’s
- Prepare & maintain Checklist of all Vehicle every 6 months, as and when vehicle handover (Temporary/Permanent) is done, also before & after checklist required when any vehicle is going on long trip anywhere (more than a days trip)
- Maintaining all vehicle related data in files incl. issues with vehicle, Mulkiya & Insurance, etc.
- Conducting relevant training regularly, annually as per HSE Training plan and Induction training to new joined employees
Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline
- Proficient in IT (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- At least relevant experience, preferably in the transport / marine/Oil and gas/ industry.
- Experienced in conducting internal risk audits/risk and workplace safety and health assessments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Good client management skills
- Good presentation and training skills
