QS & Billing Manager

Job description

• Quantity Surveying:
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Conduct site measurements and reconcile quantities with contractor submissions.
• Validate material consumption and wastage calculations.
• Cost and Billing Management:
• Estimate project costs, including rates for materials and labor.
• Process interim and final payments from contractors and suppliers.
• Track and maintain financial documentation, including project progress and cash flow.
• Manage claims, variations, and change orders, assessing their financial impact.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
