Quality Analyst

Core responsibilities

• Quality control planning: Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and quality standards for products and processes.
• Product testing and inspection: Conduct physical and visual inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to check for defects.
• Data analysis and reporting: Analyze data from tests, identify trends and root causes of issues, and provide detailed reports on quality performance, often using statistical methods.
• Process monitoring: Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure they are consistently operating within established parameters and to identify areas for improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure that products comply with all relevant internal, industry-specific, and regulatory standards and laws.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
