DuckTale IT Services is looking for an experienced Quality Analyst (QA).

Role: Quality Analyst
Experience: 1 to 4 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure smooth issue resolution.
• Conduct manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability.
• Continuously improve testing processes and tools.
