Job Description

The Quality Assurance Consultant I is responsible for applying consulting methodology, assisting in analyzing requirements and requests of the business operations area and supporting the implementation of consulting projects through research, data analysis and recommends potential solutions. This role may lead simple projects or process design efforts.

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform quality checks for in scope activities using approved QC parameters as per agreed sampling percentage and frequency for voice and non voice transactions.
• Generate insights/ ideas through BAU and targeted audits done for process to take better business decision
• Report the QC numbers to stakeholders as per agreed frequency & with accuracy
• Maintain & lead calibration with different stakeholders and keep variance within acceptable target agreed.
• Perform RCA & CAPA in Collaboration with Ops TL or SME
• Analyze the quality data and share ideas/action plan to improve the current process & drive the improvement initiative with the help of TL or SME
• Share different reports utilizing MS excel skill to relevant stakeholders such as quality trends, calibration report, etc.

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
