Quality Assurance Analyst (M365 / Federal Programs, 6+ Years of Experience)

Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Analyst ensures all technical deliverables, documentation, and project outputs meet IRS PMO quality, compliance, and performance standards. This role is central to maintaining consistency and accuracy across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate compliance with PMO documentation standards (policies, SOPs, traceability).
• Conduct QA reviews of technical artifacts, project schedules, and transition materials.
• Ensure all M365 development/configuration work meets acceptance and 508 requirements.
• Analyze risks, issues, action items, and deliverable performance.
• Review audit documentation, logs, and compliance evidence.
• Support creation of knowledge articles, FAQs, and training content.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA or compliance experience in IT or cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, governance frameworks, and federal PMO processes.
• Experience reviewing technical documentation and Section 508 requirements.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large federal programs (IRS, DoD, DHS, etc.).
• Knowledge of QASP, PWS, and other government contracting standards.

Pay: $65,990.30 - $79,472.18 per year
