Quality Control Engineer

Job Location: Port Qasim Karachi Pakistan

Industry: Engineering - Production Plant

Working machinery in the quality department: Tensile Testing machine, damp heat test chamber humility, thermal shock tester, pressure tester

Product Nature: Mechanical (Mainly Evaporator Production& appliances parts

Responsibilities

• Incoming raw material, Inprocess and final product inspection and quality control
• Monitoring customer feedback and maintaining documents of QDR, RCCA, FMEA, calculating process capability etc
• Analyzing inprocess rejection with possible root cause , suggest and implement countermeasures.
• Coordinate with production team in implementing standard working procedure for operators and quality control inspectors

Performance Indicator

• Updated ISO documentation.
• Minimize repetitive Failure
• Timely completion of all activities
• Management of the review meetings, Obeya Reports.
• Regular inter department communication.
• Spending as per approved budget
• Kaizen KPI

Requirements:

• 02 to 03 Years of Quality control experience in an engineering-based appliance production firm
• B.E/M.E Mechanical from a reputed institute
• Certification in quality will be plus point
• Working knowledge of Quality standards & tools
• Familiarity in drafting Quality reports
• Effective communication and people management skills
• Experience in handling quality inspection team
