Quality Control (QC) Engineer – Fabrication & Pressure Vessels
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000
Experience: 3–7 Years
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Location: Kuha,Ahmedabad

Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced QC Engineer with strong knowledge of heavy fabrication, welding, and pressure vessel manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-process & final inspection of fabricated components and pressure vessels
• Check welding quality as per WPS/WPQ & industry codes (ASME/IS/EN)
• Use precision measuring tools (Vernier, micrometer, gauges, etc.)
• Prepare inspection reports, NCRs & QA documentation
• Coordinate with Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies
• Verify raw materials with MTCs
• Ensure compliance with QAP, ISO 9001 & client standards

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of fabrication drawings & welding symbols
• Experience with NDT methods (PT, MT, UT; RT interpretation preferred)
• Good communication & documentation skills
• Certifications like ASNT Level II / CSWIP are an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
