Job Title: Quality Control Engineer (Concrete Block Manufacturing)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all quality control operations within the Block Paving Plant
• Ensure that products meet the required quality and regulatory standards
• Conduct inspections, testing, and quality audits across production processes
• Maintain accurate quality control records and documentation
• Coordinate with production and plant management teams for continuous quality improvement
• Implement corrective actions and process enhancements where necessary
• Provide guidance and supervision to quality control staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of relevant UAE experience in a Block Paving Plant
• Experience in value-added products such as shotblasting, curling, and honing is an added advantage
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and leadership qualities
