Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented and professional Quality Coordinator. The Quality Coordinator is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and delivering draft Standardized Work Plans to Renewable Energy reviewers.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate the approval process for renewable energy Standardized Work Plans.
  • Coordinate with various reviewers and approvers.
  • Identify and communicate requirements to relevant groups, providing insights into the Standardized Work Plans. These groups include:
    • Safety
    • Quality
    • Continuous Improvement
    • Operations
  • Coordinate deliverables from the above groups, compiling them into a final draft version for submission to the Renewable Energy Document Services (REDS).
  • Track Standardized Work Plan usage, monitor changes implemented in Site-Specific Work Plans, and report findings.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or associate degree with two years of relevant on-the-job experience.
  • Demonstrates excellent work ethic and an “ALL-IN” mentality.
  • Possesses strong communication skills.
  • Understands the complete construction cycle of a renewable energy project.
  • Exhibits outstanding interpersonal and verbal/written communication abilities.
  • Applies strong organizational skills.
  • Manages multiple tasks and prioritizes workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works and collaborates effectively within a team setting.
  • Adapts to different project teams, personalities, and project demands.
