Quality Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure production quality, maintain process discipline, and lead a team to implement 5S, safety, and continuous improvement practices. Ideal candidates have experience in manufacturing plant operations and quality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve personnel and production-related issues to ensure smooth mass production.
• Monitor and report defects and defect rates; coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Prepare accurate shift records and ensure proper handovers.
• Support engineers in optimizing material usage and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Maintain daily 5S practices and conduct team-level safety & 5S training.
• Adhere to safety protocols and equipment operating procedures.
• Enforce factory rules, correct process violations, and guide proper operations.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Manufacturing plant experience preferred
• At least 1 year managing a team of 30+ employees
• Strong quality awareness and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, 6S/5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Cost Control
• Ability to monitor production quality in real-time and coordinate across departments

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
