Quality Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CMM Operator to join our quality control team in the CNC machining and aerospace manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CMM equipment (Hexagon) using software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or MODUS.
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections of CNC-machined aerospace components.
• Read and interpret GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and technical engineering drawings.
• Create and modify CMM programs based on inspection requirements and drawing revisions.
• Accurately record and report measurement data; generate inspection reports and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Perform manual inspection using tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and bore gauges when necessary.
• Collaborate with quality engineers and production teams to resolve dimensional discrepancies.
• Maintain calibration records and ensure inspection equipment is in good working condition.
• Comply with A89100/ISO 9001 quality standards and internal SOPs.

Qualifications;

• Diploma or technical certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating CMMs in a CNC machining or aerospace environment.
• Proficient in CMM programming software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
