​Eventrics Multi Tasking Solutions is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer for a leading Manufacturing Plant in Palghar. We are looking for an experienced professional with 4 to 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) to lead plant-level operations.

​Responsibilities

• ​Monitor product quality at every stage of the manufacturing production line
• ​Implement and maintain ISO quality standards and safety protocols
• ​Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and implement corrective actions
• ​Manage and train the team of quality inspectors
• ​Prepare quality reports and documentation for audits
• ​Collaborate with the production team to reduce wastage and rejection rates
• ​Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality regulations

​Requirements

• ​4 to 7 years of proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a Manufacturing setup
• ​Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field
• ​Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance standards and methodologies
• ​Experience with ISO documentation and audits
• ​Leadership skills to manage a quality inspection team
• ​Ability to work on-site at the Palghar Plant
