PPM Analysis & Monitoring:-

• Field complaints monitoring and analysis
• Knowledge as regards to various QC tools like Root cause analysis, fish bone diagram, 7QC tools, Six Sigma for corrective actions against rejections
• Analysis on customer complaints with implementation of corrective actions.
• ECN Monitoring & Raising ECR
• Preparation of LLC

New Product Development::-

• Participate in NPD process and give recommendations or suggestions as deemed fit

MIS, Review & Reports:-

• Prepare MIS / MRM for the representation of management
• Follow QMS process (ISO 9001:2015) requirements
• Preparation of PDI report
• Preparation of Quality MIS
• Knowledge as regards to PFMEA, Control plant, PPAP Process

Coordination & Follow-up:-

• Co-ordination with customer (service, sales) & internal team for immediate resolution of issue

(Correction & corrective action).

• Follow-up with production team & supporting the QA team on completion of activity for PSW,

PPAP,

• Follow up for spare arrangement, packing of material, dispatch follow up with team

Trouble Shooting:-

• Line issues like drawing issues, component fitment issue, quality issues, operators feedback etc.

and their communications, ECR and actions to concerns.

• Identification of drawing mistake & giving clarity to internal team & overall addition of activity for

communicating same to design

• Paperwork for sending material for repair & modification

Safety:-

• Ensuring Attending to the safety requirements of the plant
• Responsible to follow practice & processes as per ISO 45001 for their respective department

System Proficiency:-

• SAP Activity (Notification, MIC plan creation, assigning of inspection plan, Quality clearance for

Incoming, Semi-finish & finish good, NG part movement to BRTN/SCRAP, Quality info record,
Deletion of duplicate inspection plan)
