Quality Manager (Training)

M2R Education is a leading provider of technical and vocational training services in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Training Quality Manager to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare quality improvement plans and set educational standards for multiple Further Education Colleges across the Kingdom.
• Conduct regular site visits to training providers to monitor the delivery of training quality.
• Support the implementation of new educational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognised UK university.
• Master's Degree and PhD are highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years teaching experience within the post-18 UK skills sector, not just industrial training, also tourism & hospitality, customer service etc.
• Minimum 5 years senior management experience in the TVET sector within the GCC.
• At least 3 years experience in a relevant advisory position in the TVET sector is preferred.
• Willingness to travel around the Kingdom as part of the role.

Package

• From 45,000 SAR (£8,800 / $11,900) TAX FREE per month inclusive of housing and transportation allowances.
