Quant and Reasoning Trainer

Hiring: Aptitude & Reasoning Trainer (Placement Preparation)-Offline Mode
Location: Kolkata | Project Duration: Jan 2026 - May 2026 (1.5 days to 2 days in a week)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Trainer to lead Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning sessions for engineering students. You will be responsible for conducting classes, creating study materials, and mentoring students for placement success.

Class Duration per Day: 4 hours

Compensation:

• Pay: ₹200 - ₹ 250 per hour (based on quality/experience).
• Add-on: Lunch provided at the venue.

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Graduation (Engineering/MBA preferred).
• Experience: 0–4 years.
• Age: Not more than 40 years.

Selection Procedure:
To ensure high teaching standards, our selection process is as follows:

• Initial Screening: Candidates must submit their Updated CV along with two lecture videos (minimum 15-20 minutes each)—one on Quants and one on Reasoning.

• Aptitude Test: Shortlisted candidates will appear for a written/online test conducted by us.
• Demo Class: Selected candidates must give an in-person demo class at our Kolkata location.
