Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction and interior projects

* Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to quantify materials and labor

* Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers for accurate cost planning

* Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents

* Monitor project costs and advise on cost-saving opportunities throughout project lifecycle

* Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations

* Assist in contract negotiations and variation assessments

* Maintain records of project costs, variations, and payments

* Ensure compliance with company standards and UAE regulations

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in UAE or native country, preferably in construction or fit-out projects

* Strong knowledge of cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and tendering process

* Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam)

* Good understanding of UAE construction standards and contract laws

* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

* Fluency in English required; knowledge of Malayalam/Hindi is an advantage
