Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with at least 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing payment certificates, invoices, takeoff quantities, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). This role requires someone with exceptional accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage payment certificates for projects.
• Issue and review invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform takeoff quantities for materials, labor, and other resources.
• Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate billing and payment processes.
• Monitor project costs and provide reports to ensure budget compliance.
• Assist in contract management and cost control.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in preparing payment certificates, invoices, and takeoff quantities.
• Strong experience in preparing and managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Excellent knowledge of construction cost management and billing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, construction management tools).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
