Key Responsibilities
1. Quantity Take-Off & Measurement
- Prepare detailed quantity take-off (QTO) from drawings (road cross-sections, BOQ, GFC drawings).
- Conduct site measurements for earthwork, structures, pavement layers, drainage, utilities, etc.
- Maintain measurement books, site records, joint measurements with contractors.
- Verify as-built quantities and reconcile with DPRs.
2. Billing & Documentation
- Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, Subcontractor Bills as per contract terms.
- Prepare Abstract Sheets, BOQ reports, Material Reconciliation, and cost summaries.
- Review and certify contractor bills with proper documentation.
- Coordinate with clients for client billing, invoice submission, and follow-up for payment.
3. Rate Analysis & Costing
- Prepare rate analysis for new items, additional works, and variations.
- Assist in budgeting, cost forecasting, cost control, and cash flow planning.
- Identify and analyze deviations between estimated and actual quantities.
4. Contract & Claims Management
- Support contract team in preparing variation orders (VOs), change orders, extra item justifications, and claims.
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions (MoRTH, IRC, CPWD, State PWD) standards.
- Maintain contract-related documents and correspondence.
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with site engineers, planning team, quality team, client representatives, and contractors.
- Provide regular updates on billing progress, quantity changes, value of work done.
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports related to quantities, billing, and cost.
6. Material Reconciliation
- Track material consumption vs. theoretical requirement.
- Prepare reconciliation statements for cement, steel, bitumen, aggregates, etc.
- Highlight shortages, surplus, or misuse of materials.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
