Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

• Ability to read, understand and explain drawings
• Measure and value the work done on site, prepare client bills, co-ordinate with client’s representative and verify bills.
• Preparation of sub-contractors bills on weekly basis.
• Liaison with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
• Prepare budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Prepare Bar Bending Schedule.

Qualification: B-Tech/ B.E Graduate in Civil Engineering with adequate computer knowledge. Willingness to Work in Sites for Bill preparations.

Experience: Not less than Three Years as Quantity Surveyor in Building Construction
