Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Post Contractor

Location: UAE (Locally Available Candidates Only)

Salary: AED 20,000 – AED 22,000

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Post Contract) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with reputable GCC contracting companies and be well-versed in post-contract activities, cost control, variations, and contract administration.

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of relevant experience in GCC contracting companies
• Strong knowledge in post-contract QS functions
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Ability to join immediately or on short notice is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Manage post-contract cost control and quantity measurements
• Handle variations, valuations, and claims
• Prepare and review contractual documentation
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate reporting and cost management
• Monitor project budgets and progress

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
