Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Pre Contractor

Location: UAE (Locally Available Candidates Only)

Salary: AED 20,000 – AED 22,000

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor (Pre Contract) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with reputable GCC contracting companies and a strong background in pre-contract stages, cost estimation, tendering, and procurement support.

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of experience in GCC contracting companies
• Strong expertise in pre-contract QS functions (estimations, BOQs, tender analysis, cost planning)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills
• Must be locally available in the UAE
• Ability to join immediately or on short notice preferred

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis
• Support procurement and tender evaluation processes
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams during the pre-contract phase
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all commercial documents

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
