We're searching for a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our growing team! ️

As a Quantity Surveyor specializing in landscape projects, you will play a key role in managing project costs and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of quantity take-offs, cost estimating, and project management specific to landscaping. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of our projects while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who can join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for landscape projects.

· Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to guide project planning and execution.

· Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance, ensuring adherence to cost management practices.

· Collaborate with project managers, architects, and landscape designers to assess project requirements and prepare tender documentation.

· Review subcontractor and supplier bids and negotiate contracts to secure cost-effective agreements.

· Track changes in project scope and advise on their impact on costs.

· Maintain accurate records of all cost-related documentation and provide regular reports to management.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quantity surveying and contracting.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically in landscape projects.

· Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost estimating software, and project management principles.

· Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

· Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Excel, CAD software, estimating software).

· Relevant degree or certification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

· Must be able to join immediately.
